2013年倫敦海事仲裁（大連）2013年研討會(huì)定于2013年10月21-23日在遼寧省大連市舉辦,。本次研討會(huì)由倫敦海事仲裁委員會(huì)與大連海事大學(xué)合辦,，由大連海事大學(xué)法學(xué)院承辦。現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通知如下：
一,、會(huì)議主題和主講嘉賓
本次會(huì)議主題是“倫敦海事仲裁理論與實(shí)踐”。
會(huì)議特邀中外主講嘉賓就倫敦海事仲裁規(guī)則及實(shí)踐問(wèn)題進(jìn)行交流和溝通。
倫敦海事仲裁委員會(huì)主席Christopher Fyans先生,、倫敦海事仲裁委員會(huì)秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)Ian Gaunt先生，倫敦海事仲裁委員會(huì)全職仲裁員David-Martin Clark先生,、倫敦海事仲裁委員會(huì)委員Clive Aston 將蒞臨本次研討會(huì),，就倫敦海事仲裁委員會(huì)、仲裁規(guī)則以及期租合同,、造船合同糾紛等時(shí)事熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題及典型案例進(jìn)行介紹和評(píng)論,。此外我們還邀請(qǐng)參與過(guò)倫敦仲裁實(shí)務(wù)的具有豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)的中國(guó)著名專(zhuān)家、學(xué)者及律師與會(huì)分享他們的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)和建議,。

Brainstorm from LMAA -DMU
This seminar is held by LMAA and Dalian Maritime University. The topic of this seminar is The Theory and Practice of Maritime Arbitration in London. The conference will be introduced by Christopher Fyans(President of the LMAA), and also feature presentations from Clive Aston (LMAA Committee member), David-Martin Clark(LMAA fullmember),Ian Gaunt (Hon. Sec of the LMAA), followed by open discussion about LMAA, Arbitration rules, Time Charterparty, Ship building contract and other relevant issues. Besides, the experienced experts and lawyers who have participated in London arbitration before will share the experience with the attendees.
